Terms and Conditions for Weddings & Events

Here on in ‘The Company’ refers to Evolve Flowers Ltd. Evolve Flowers Ltd registered office is at 19 Flinders Road, Donington PE11 4TT Registered in England and Wales under company number 10960570

Booking

A booking fee of £50 secures the booking on the date specified. This is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

A booking is not secure unless a booking fee of £50 has been paid. Higher amounts can be paid, however please be aware that any amount paid at this stage is non-refundable if orders are cancelled.

Payment

Full payment is required 1 month prior to the wedding/event date. The Company and The Customer will have a final meeting on or around this date to finalise everything and settle the remaining balance.

Payments can be made by cash, cheque or BACS transfer.

Flowers, Foliage & Sundries

The Company will be providing natural products please be aware that the quality and colours may differ slightly to those discussed and agreed, depending on season and availability.

The Company reserve the right to substitute what the Company deems as suitable alternative sundries, foliage and flowers from those agreed, although in this scenario The Customer would generally be informed.

The Company are under no obligation to inform the Customer of any substitutions that are made prior to delivery of the goods, however the Company will endeavour to keep the designs and finished work as close to the agreed requirements as possible.

Flowers and other plant material are for display purposes only and NOT for consumption.

Hired Items

The Company will charge the Customer for any hired items. This priced will be stated on your quote and is not an unexpected additional charge.

All hired items (if any) must be returned to The Company within 1 week of the wedding and in their original condition, alternatively, The Company can collect them from the venue for an agreed charge. Hire items which are subject to a deposit will have the deposit amounts detailed within your quotation and the deposit will be returned, minus the hire charge on when the hire items are brought back. The customer is expected to fully cover the cost of replacing any lost or broken items within one month of the event date.

Public Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any breach of copyrights, trademarks or rights of privacy or publicity relating to materials supplied by the Customer.

The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to any third party arising out of any work carried out by the Company for the Customer.

The Company will not be held responsible for loss or damage caused as a result of a third party or environmental issues associated with the venue.

Where candles are incorporated within the designs; for example table centres, candelabras etc. it is the Customers responsibility to agree with the venue provider whether the candles can be lit. If the venue deems the proposed location of the design safe or unsafe within the venues health and safety policy the Company cannot be held responsible. The Company will supply good quality, drip proof candles in secure holders but cannot be held responsible should the provider of the venue deem it unsafe, at any time, for them to be lit.

Privacy Policy

The Company and the Customer each agree with the other that any information given to the other which is proprietary and confidential will be kept confidential and not revealed to any third party both before, during and after any contract between the parties.The Customers information will be kept on file in accordance with the Company’s GDPR Policy which can be found here:

Cancellation/Order Reduction

If the order decreases to below 75% of the original order value (of the original order The Customer agreed when booking) The Company reserves the right to either charge the original price or cancel the booking. Prices quoted are based on the quantity of the overall flower order.

Should the Customer cancel within 1 month to 3 months before the wedding day then any money paid will be non-refundable however can be used as store credit against future orders. A cancellation at 1 month or less would mean the whole balance is payable.

The Company reserves the right to supplement and/or amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
