Workshops are non-refundable once booked.
We can transfer you onto another workshop of the same value one week before the event.
We will happily offer you a credit note if no other workshop dates are suitable. Credit notes can be used towards other floristry workshops or for flower bouquets of the same value that you paid upon booking.
Failure to contact us one week before your workshop will mean you forfeit your payment. This is because of the perishable nature of the products we work with. We always place our orders with our suppliers a week before the event and therefore need to pay our suppliers.
If the workshop is cancelled due to low numbers we will notify you before the event and a full refund will be offered.

If you are displaying any Coronavirus symptoms, please contact us and do not turn up for the workshop. If you test positive for Coronavirus within 48 hours after attending a workshop please let us know.
