The bouquet delivered was lovely. My friend loved it and emailed me the flowers in a vase. The florist did a great job of interpreting my notes in the order, using all the flowers I love without my having specified them.

I was sending flower to my sister who had just arrived home after spending a gruling two weeks in hospital.
I wanted something to help cheerher up. The flowers that were delivered certainly did that. Not only were they quite different from the norm, they were quite beautiful. So thankyou very much. Stand by for February when its sisters 70th.xxx

The flowers were absolutely beautiful which were the florists choice. But we were lead to believe that the delivery would be done by a courier, it turned out to be Royal Mail! Had I of known this at the time I would have cancelled the order (as everyone knows how unreliable our postal service is). Bearing in mind they were told it was for a birthday, the delivery got later and later, and finally turned up at 6.45pm, when everyone was out celebrating! But like I say, the flowers were great, the delivery not so!!

I've ordered the bouquet from local florist as a birthday gift, it was then closed for holidays but Direct2florist recomended a solution to send flowers from another shop from far away via mail courier. The flowers arrived at the ordered date looking kinda sad, but after a few hours in a water it looks realy nice!
